If you keep waiting for a great deal to come your way then you are in the wrong job. Most Estate Agents commercial property gets picked up by proactive investors who have the guts to act upon their market knowledge and are willing to take risks. And while you are waiting for that great money making deal to happen, you will miss out on good opportunities that come your way. You will never see a deal that is perfect. Instead of waiting for that you should have a list of criteria and act upon anything that seems good to you.

Find Motivated Sellers to Get Best Deals

Buying and selling has always been a mind game where one party tries to outsmart the other. Price negotiations always help in lowering costs but if you know where to start then you are better off getting a better deal. Motivated sellers will give you good discounts and match every competitive quote you show them. Finding highly motivated sellers is actually easy. You will know right away if the seller really wants to sell or if he or she is testing the waters for good buyers in the market.
