UK Finance has now published its annual largest mortgage lenders data for 2017, which you can find at UK Finance.
In addition, they have published a short accompanying blog analysing the underlying trends revealed by the data, including the growth in lending by challenger and specialist lenders.
Following the FCA’s Mortgage Market Study, this data shows a picture of a healthy and competitive mortgage market that is well placed to respond to the evolving needs of UK mortgage customers.
