UK Property Transaction Statistics released yesterday 24th January on the Gov.uk website.
Monthly property transactions completed in the UK with value of £40,000 or above. UK Property Transaction Count – December 2016.
The seasonally adjusted estimate of the number of residential property transactions increased by 0.2% between
November 2016 and December 2016. This month’s seasonally adjusted figure is 8.5% lower compared with the
same month last year.
