Your Estate Agency Website should have it’s own News Channel
There is no doubt that an estate agency’s website prime reason for existing is to provide house buyers a place to find property for sale and to rent and to be able to make easy contact with that said estate agency. Other than that, the more content the site holds then the better especially if the website looks professional and up to date which for many agents they will use one of the industry’s top Estate Agency Website providers to accomplish this for them.
Once we have come away from thinking just ‘property updates‘ and ‘contact details‘ we must look at what power a good quality website will offer your agency especially if you are looking to be found online by new clients and gain returning visitors to your site.
What we ideally want is that our websites are kept updated with content that matters to the agency, ie property, but also indirect contact that will achieve fresh visitors and potential leads. People have so much choice when it comes to reading online, blogs, social media posts, website and more are all trying to shout out about themselves so think outside the box. Think what title wording, what title image, what video would attract people’s attention and how should you write out your content that people find it good enough to share it with their own community and more importantly, spend long enough on your website to engage with your brand.
