£40m commercial property investment arm for Hambleton District Council

Good news for development in Hambleton District Council with a planned supermarket at the former site of Northallerton Prison.
A £40m commercial property investment arm will be launched in order to build a financial strategy and thus protecting the on going funds in to the council as government money continues to drop.
