New head office for Zoopla Property Group

Zoopla Property Group (ZPG), the digital media business that owns and operates some of the UK’s most widely recognised and trusted online brands including Zoopla, uSwitch and PrimeLocation announced this week that it has agreed a lease for its new head offices at 1 Courage Yard, Shad Thames SE1, adjacent to Tower Bridge.

Since its launch 8 years ago, ZPG has grown from a handful of employees in a single room office into a FTSE 250 business on the London Stock Exchange with over 450 employees. ZPG’s websites now attract over 50 million visitors per month, generating over 4 million enquires per month for its business partners as it continues its mission to be the most useful resource for consumers when finding, moving or managing their home and the most effective lead generation platform for related professionals.

Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of ZPG said, “We have outgrown our existing offices despite having only moved 2 years ago as a result of our continued growth and the acquisition of uSwitch last year. I am delighted that we have found a great new space in a vibrant part of London, close to our existing offices and with great transport links which will allow us to bring all our teams together under one roof later in the year. We have a fantastic and dedicated team and look forward to creating an amazing new home for them.”
