Houseviz to revolutionise property marketing in the U.K.

Revolutionary marketing experts Houseviz has launched in the UK to drive how forward thinking estate agents present properties to the market and attract new clients.

Houseviz is the only company in the U.K.to offer smartphone enabled augmented reality (AR). A full range of innovative marketing services are also on offer to include professional photographers and floor plan CAD designers, energy assessors, virtual tours and immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences to name but a few.

Established as a PropTech a few years ago, Houseviz was created following years of experience within the property market. The business, which is driven by modern technology, delivers integrated marketing services to estate agents across the UK and the US. The new website gives those in the business of property selling the chance to see the wide-range of services offered by Houseviz, on a single platform, for the first time.

Commenting on the launch of the Houseviz website, Director, Amanda Lindsay said: _It_s an exciting time to be involved in property marketing. Only this month Houseviz introduced a new proprietary AR selling tool, which has the potential to deliver enormous benefits to estate agents and their customers. We are on a mission to transform the way properties are introduced to the market.

_Having invested heavily in ground-breaking technology, our new website will provide estate agents with everything they need on our immersive and interactive tools. But more than this, it also shows the complete range of more traditional marketing services and products we supply. And how we can integrate the established, and the new, to give our clients the very best chance at boosting sales._

Leading property consultant, and seasoned pro in the sector, Iain C White, added: _Part of my job is to provide expert advice on all aspects of marketing, brand image and business culture. In my opinion, the services offered by Houseviz _ and in particular the immersive VR and AR tools – offer a tremendous opportunity for estate agents to do something different and get ahead of the competition all at price points that are sensible and fair. The new Houseviz website offers a one-stop-outsourcing-shop for estate agents and I look forward to seeing the business bring new innovations to the market._
