A challenger to Rightmove and Zoopla?

The UK property industry is awash with innovation within #Proptech, funding hitting the sector left, right and centre and changes are frequent in how the industry works and communicates to consumers.

Recent headlines in the FT state that a new challenger in the new build sector could be seen to stand shoulder to shoulder with Rightmove and Zoopla who of course monopolise the market currently.

Housebuilders such as Barrat, Bovis and Redrow are stated to have signed up to the launch of a new platform, Rummage4Property (not a very professional/corporate sounding name), with their main selling point being cheaper than the others. Anthony Codling, CEO of Rummage4Property, was stated as saying: “The key selling point is that it is much cheaper than Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket plc.”

So, a new challenger to the big guns or just another start-up property portal…
