Brunswick Real Estate UK sells Weybridge Estate for £17.1 million

A portfolio of properties in Weybridge has been sold to Elmbridge Borough Council for a sum of over £17 million as local authorities continue their drive to purchase residential and commercial property to secure their long term futures.

Brunswick Real Estate UK have sold off a portfolio of property that include freehold estate of five residential, retail and office holdings in and around the Church Street / High Street location of Weybridge.

David Turner, Founding Partner, Brunswick Real Estate UK, said: “We are delighted to have completed the sale of the Weybridge Estate to Elmbridge Borough Council, which is the natural long-term owner of this vibrant cluster of residential, retail and office buildings in one of the UK’s most affluent towns.”
