Estate Agency to launch Futuristic Hub in Luton

Benjamin Stevens Estate Agency (established in 2004) will be celebrating their 15th anniversary by launching a futuristic hub in order to revolutionise the industry. Originally based out from an office in Mill Hill, London they now service three separate counties and manage over seven hundred properties.

They will look to change from a standard high street estate agency shop style format and take a serviced office space, a hub, and use the power of social media primarily in order to drive traffic, leads and new business.

A member of the Benjamin Stevens team said: “The beauty of the hub model is about expanding your business at the heart of a new community, wherever that may be… (our) team are constantly out chatting to residents and Luton is vibrant and bustling which is a big attraction.
