Property supply is now starting to increase across the UK

A recent article released on the Mortgage Strategy website reports on the fact that property supply is now at the highest level in four years. The final month of 2018 say an increase of 20% with each agency having a portfolio increase of 7 property on average from 35 up to 42.

The report also highlights that registered buyers are up along with first time buyers though the important part is the sales and this continues to fall on average per branch.

Prices starting to fall, sales down and property supply up is not the greatest combination and will likely continue the current negative news for the UK property industry and price falls across the country.
