Many housing associations across the UK are purchasing up both residential and commercial property to safe guard long term income – Cut price homes at bulk suit local authorities which are under pressure to find housing for all residents and also suits those looking for quick sales who fear Brexit uncertainty or have seen profits drop during 2017/18.
