What we are trying to achieve with Estate Agent Networking.

I thought it would be a good time to both look at the progress that we have made with Estate Agent Networking and what our visions are for the future. Things have been going to plan so far and our monthly website visitors along with our following across social media continue to grow month on month.

Why did we launch Estate Agent Networking?

I have been involved in the property marketing industry for a few years mainly towards the marketing of property using videos and social media. During that time I had created many channels across social media and I decided that all should point to one location and importantly, that I create a unique information platform that all service providers to the UK property industry could share blogs / advice / comments with Estate and Letting Agents. A place where professional voices can be heard for free and no one hides behinds aliases or anonymous identities. I approached with this idea to a chosen web partner, the vision was shared and the concept suddenly become ‘we‘ as we built an easy to use yet professional website www.EstateAgentNetworking.com

Estate Agent Networking is there for the UK Property Industry to:

  • Provide a Free to register and use social networking website for UK Property Professionals.
  • Allow UK service providers to share blogs, advice and promotions for free helping to both communicate their brand values and products/services to a target audience.
  • Allow Estate and Letting Agents to read the latest marketing tips directly from the industry professionals themselves.
  • Provide a place where no members hide behind aliases or anonymous names – A place where professional comments and feedback are shared.

So far, our web traffic sits at 15,000 per month and our social media following is 25,000 with a registered member amount of 1,000. We’ve some of the industry’s most respected names both writing for us and advertising with us proving that our platform and our vision is slowly being shared across the industry. We’ve content shared from the likes of Zoopla, Rightmove, NAEA, Technicweb, FixFlo, PropertyFlock, KremerSigns, VTUK and many more…

What are the immediate plans for Estate Agent Networking?

We want to be seen as the platform that shares the latest and best marketing news from within the industry from property portals to estate agency softwares, not simply a property news portal that shares cheap regurgitated news which receives daming comments from anonymous members.

We want to continue to grow in numbers giving our members maximum value when writing content for us. We will have an internal messaging system so that estate agents interested in services written about on our website can easily contact the author for more information. We hope to have dedicated promotions and incentives for estate agents that are members of Estate Agent Networking directly from the service providers themselves. We also plan an annual conference where the best in UK property marketing get a chance to speak for free to Estate Agents looking for the latest in innovation to drive their brands forward.
