Governments confirms Estate Agency industry stays open in Tier 4

Estate Agency Tier 4

Recent updates from government puts more of the UK in to tier 4 and there is much fear of a tier 5 looming.

It is still business as usual for the estate agency sector though as the official government website and guidelines set out: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/working-safely-during-coronavirus-covid-19/homes

The news covers the work of estate agents who can remain open along with removal companies allowed to continue, conveyancers open and surveyors to include EPC accessing to continue.

Once again, these are advised to do so respecting the governments guidelines on covid-19 safety advice.
