Moneypenny And Help Me Fix Join Forces To Improve Support For Property Management

Leading outsourced communications provider Moneypenny has partnered with maintenance specialists Help me Fix to support their property client base.

 

Help me Fix reduces call out charges, improves service and reduces carbon emissions by solving maintenance problems via video call with its vetted, experienced and qualified tradespeople. Help me Fix is widely used in Lettings, Social Housing and Build to Rent, and is currently the leading video maintenance service in the UK.

 

Moneypenny will support letting agents, property management and maintenance businesses that currently use Help me Fix and Moneypenny, to triage their tenant and resident queries.

 

Moneypenny’s team of dedicated property PAs will log callers’ requests before they’re passed through Help me Fix and on to the relevant tradesperson. As part of Moneypenny’s service, the caller will receive a follow up text message which puts them in direct contact with their dedicated tradesperson.
