New figures from Rightmove, the UK’s largest property platform, show that seven in ten estate and letting agency branches are making use of its insights and training platform, the Rightmove Hub.

This is up from 56% of branches back in 2023.

The Hub, first launched ten years ago and recently revamped, has expanded in response to requests from agents for help with training and insights to navigate legislation changes and various other developments.

All training courses and qualifications are included at no extra cost with all membership packages, and Teams View is also included. Teams View is a helpful tool that allows estate and letting agencies to manage and monitor the training of their staff.

The platform now offers expert insights on legislative changes, property market insights, an Ofqual regulated and approved by Propertymark CELA qualification (Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents), and CPD approved training courses on mandatory topics such as AML and GDPR to help support agents with their compliance obligations.

Resources on the Hub are tailored for every level, from entry-level agents to directors.

Leading trainers include experts such as Adrian McClinton of Knights Plc, Susie Crolla, CEO of the Guild of Letting & Management and CELA board member, David Smith.

A new Renters’ Rights training course is coming soon and open for pre-registration on the Rightmove Hub.

Jason Charles, Head of Events & Education at Rightmove comments, “Reaching 70% adoption of the Rightmove Hub is a testament to our commitment to supporting agents at every level.

“The Hub’s comprehensive resources and expert-led training are designed to empower agents with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in a dynamic market.

“We’re thrilled to see such strong engagement and will continue to evolve the platform to meet the industry’s growing needs.”
