Enhanced lettings leads from Rightmove to integrate with agent CRM systems

The UK’s largest property platform Rightmove, is rolling out a significant update to its enhanced leads feature for lettings agents, by integrating with agent CRM systems.

With Rightmove’s enhanced leads feature, enquiries from prospective tenants come pre-qualified with additional information, helping busy letting agents to find the right tenant for their landlords quicker. This includes applicant affordability, when the tenant will be ready to move in, and who they plan to rent with.

Providing more information upfront helps lettings agents to get a much earlier indication of whether a prospective tenant might be suitable for the property, cutting out the need for agents to follow up with applicants for these details.

This integration means that all letting agents can receive and manage enhanced tenant leads and begin the process of running a free soft credit check on a potential applicant from within their existing CRM system. Previously, enhanced leads were only accessible to manage through Rightmove Plus.

Enhanced leads is a key feature of Rightmove’s Enquiry Manager tool, which streamlines the tenant enquiry process, saving agents time and reducing admin.

As well as receiving leads enhanced with additional information, agents can book in viewings for prospective tenants and respond in bulk to unsuccessful tenants through Enquiry Manager.

Rightmove’s mission is to speed up, streamline, and digitise the process of renting a home. Enquiry Manager is part of an integrated suite of products for letting agents, which together link each stage of the rental journey, from advertising a property, to handing over the keys to a tenant.

By providing an end-to-end solution for the rental market, Rightmove aims to make the process of renting a home easier for both letting agents and prospective tenants.

At launch, some of the largest and leading CRM systems will integrate with Rightmove’s enhanced leads feature, with others set to follow:

  • Reapit
  • Street.co.uk
  • SME Professional
  • Bright Logic
  • Loop

Agents who are interested in how enhanced leads could integrate with their current CRM system can speak with their Account Manager.

James Bassil, Rightmove’s Director of Product said: “It was a natural next step to integrate enhanced leads with agents’ CRM systems, making them easier for all letting agents to manage. We’re on a mission to make the process of renting a home quicker and more efficient for both agents and tenants, by building innovative solutions that cut down on admin and simplify processes.”

Matt McGown, Chief Product Officer, Reapit said: ‘We’re proud to be among the first tech companies to integrate Rightmove’s enhanced leads into our platform, helping letting agents find the right tenant faster while cutting down on unnecessary admin. This new integration will help agents fill homes faster, minimise no-shows, and deliver a great rental experience for both tenants and landlords.”

Heather Staff, Co-Founder of Street Group said: “We’re committed to helping agents work more efficiently and integrating with Rightmove’s enhanced leads is a great example of that in action. As one of the first CRMs to go live with the feature, we’ve worked closely with Rightmove to bring richer, pre-qualified tenant information straight into Street.co.uk. Agents can access everything they need upfront, without switching systems or chasing applicants for missing details. It’s a real time-saver that speeds up qualification, reduces admin, and helps agents move faster from lead to let, all within the CRM they use every day.”

Fraser Sutherland, Managing Director, SME Professional says: “By integrating enhanced leads from Rightmove directly into SME Professional, we are giving agents immediate access to richer tenant insights at the point of enquiry. It is a powerful step forward in streamlining decision-making, reducing delays, and helping agencies deliver a better experience for tenants and landlords.”
