Humanising the Estate Agents Websites and offering Virtual Guided Tours.

It has been a long time that I have searched for a platform to write something about humanising web sites.

I do not know about the experience of different people but I can tell you if i had a web chat service on a web site it would be the first means of contact I would really like to have with my estate agent.

Have you ever taken the pains of visiting your own website and trying to find a house to buy or to rent. I am sure that none of the agents have done that and that they only look at one thing. If it is good for me it will be good for the client. This is not true. what is good for you is not good for a client.

A client needs help at different stages of a visit. Leave the doors open for this channel to be used. A client needs comfort knowing he is talking to a human being on the other side. A  web chat service that runs a minimum of 18 hours a day is what is needed or else it will not serve the purpose. it should in fact be a 24/7 service taking into consideration that clients can live in any part of the world.

What would be even better would be a guided tour of the property with a video conferencing system where the client and the agent can see each other and simultaneously look at the property at the same time.

I agree that the cost is a bit high for this technology but it is a great tool to sell or rent and i am sure if estate agents try it out they will see the difference it will make .

We now have the solution and it can be purchased in bundles of hours so that you only showcase the important properties and those with plus value were you are sure that you will recover the investment in our solution.

I hope many estate agents will read this and contact me.
