Two category awards for Waterfords.

Waterfords wins ‘South East Agency’ and ‘Community Champion’ of the Year

On Tuesday 3rd November, local estate agent Waterfords had an exceptional night at The Negotiator Awards, the largest event in the property industry calendar. They walked away winners of two categories, ‘South East Agency of the Year’ and ‘Community Champion of the Year’.

Over 730 leading property firms from throughout the UK gathered at The Hilton, Park Lane, where the winners of the most highly regarded awards in the property industry were revealed. The winners were presented with their awards by the hilariously talented Alistair McGowan, impressionist, comedian and actor.

This year’s awards received 360 entries, the highest in its history. The awards were judged by 18 leaders and experts from the residential property industry.  Judges praised Waterfords for the amount of time they had donated to their local community through their numberous volunteering efforts, which scooped them the coverted Community Champion of the Year award. Waterfords’ “strong customer-centric focus” on service within everything they do, and “impressive contact centre” was recognised as helping to build a great local profile and was the deciding factor in their triumph to ‘South East Agency of the Year’ category.

This is the first year that Waterfords has entered The Negotiator Awards, so to walk away with not just one award, but two, is testament to the dedictation and hardwork of everyone at the company.

Brendan Cox, Managing Director of Waterfords, who was there on the night to collect the awards, commented “When we started our business 20 years ago this year, we wanted to create a premium service and give homeowners and buyers the personal attention deserved when making one of the largest sales or purchases of their life.  This is not only recognition that we have achieved this, but is thanks to each and every member of staff for having the same high standards and values as we do.  We couldn’t be prouder.”
