Architect-founded KnowYourNest brings property scores into the home search, with a free 1–10 score and full KnowYourNest reports from £9.95

NestLink today launches free NestScore checks and KnowYourNest property intelligence reports for buyers and homeowners across England and Wales.
The proposition is simple: check any home’s NestScore free and unlock the full KnowYourNest report from £9.95. NestScore gives a property a baseline rating from 1 to 10, with 10 the best. It offers a starting point for looking beyond the listing before a viewing, an offer, or a purchase.
The full KnowYourNest report unlocks five category scores and the explanations behind them: **Financial Security, Home Health, Area Quality, Legal Flags and Future Risks. **You can dive in and see each one in detail, each piece of data and why it matters to you, personally.
NestScore is free. Full reports cost £9.95, or £24.95 for three and £75.95 for ten. Bringing scattered property information into one record
KnowYourNest combines public property data with NestLink’s own modelling. Sources include the EPC register, HM Land Registry, flood risk data, the British Geological Survey, police crime data, Ofsted and the Coal Authority.
The aim is to make property checks easier to understand and use. Buyers can explore a home’s strengths, risks, and trade-offs, then bring clearer questions to agents, surveyors, and conveyancers.
NestLink was founded by Olivier Jauniaux, an ARB-registered architect and author on Proptech-X so we are proud to support his product vision.
Olivier said: “As an architect, I often see how much buyers cannot tell from a listing, and never quite understand even once they complete a sale. A NestScore gives everyone a starting point, like a credit-score, and the full report shows what sits behind it.”
For property professionals, the opportunity is a better-informed conversation. A buyer who has explored the address can ask more specific questions before committing, rather than discovering concerns later in the transaction. It begins to fulfil the material information requirements, in a way that feels unbiased, independent, and trustworthy.
Know the home. Find your fit.
Understanding the property is one part of choosing it. Understanding your own priorities is another.
Users can create a free Wishlist, with a free account required, to record what matters to them. That might include their budget, commute, household needs, lifestyle, or future plans.
NestLink keeps the baseline property rating distinct from personal fit. The same home can appeal to two buyers for very different reasons.
“‘Is this a good property?’ and ‘Is this the right property for me?’ are different questions,” Jauniaux said. “A home can look perfect in a listing and still be wrong for your life. We want to bring the property’s story and the person’s priorities into the same decision.”
The longer-term ambition is a credit-report-style record for every home, useful beyond a single transaction. NestLink plans to let owners improve their home’s NestScore in the coming months. That feature is not live at launch.
