Average house prices in UK fall back slightly since January 2018 according to Land Registry
The latest UK House Price Index from the Land Registry shows according to February data that on average, house prices in the UK have fallen by 0.1% since January 2018, an annual price rise of 4.4%, which makes the average property in the UK valued at £225,047.
In England, the February data shows on average, house prices have risen by 0.2% since January 2018. The annual price rise of 4.1% takes the average property value to £242,176.
London shows, on average, house prices have fallen by 2.1% since January 2018. An annual price fall of 1% takes the average property value to £471,986.
