Estate Agency and Television / YouTube advertising.

It might be just me, possibly because of the research I do online, but I do seem to be seeing more advertising for either estate agency or property portals. For the first time last week, I saw the OnTheMarket advert whilst watching one of the lesser channels on FreeView – Very effective and attracted my attention, though I must say very similar to one I once saw from Zoopla (correct me if I am wrong).

I usually spend more time watching content on YouTube as I am able to choose what I want to watch and when. Bouncing from different videos I not only get the banner adverts that are property related, but I have been amused by PurpleBricks adverts (especially the one when they’re trying to attract Eve’s attention – My wife’s name is Eve and I get the same problem at times)!

Television adverts have by Sarah Beeny have also been seen promoting Tepilo so the consumer will soon realise that there are options when it comes to looking for and selling property.

New property portals, online estate agents vs traditional estate agents… with television / video marketing seeming to be heating up – What are people’s thought on both the adverts they are seeing recently and how effective this form of marketing is?
