Estate Agency claims “… record demand for viewings, offers and sales”

Positive news is always warmly received and especially in amongst the quite negative news that 2020 seems to be bringing upon us let alone the covid-19 shaking up most peoples lives and businesses.

Estate agency Bedfords, located in Burnham Market of Norfolk, have recently had some positive news shared on the Lynn News website that shows the property market is still vibrant despite the covid-19. Throughout the country estate agents have been sharing likewise with positive activity along with property portals also stating positive traffic.

Ben Marchbank of Bedfords in Burnham Market is quoted as stating:

“Requests for viewings, offers and sales agreed are all at record levels.”

“A demand for more spacious and environmentally healthy living is driving the market.”

“However, in contrast to the forecasts, since May demand for good quality houses in Norfolk and Suffolk has been exceptionally strong. People are reassessing their lives in larger towns and cities and our quieter way of life looks more attractive and safer.“
