Upon instruction the company produces a colour brochure with professional photography and written by a specialist copywriter. Floor plans & EPC are standard as is a video presentation shot by a member of the Guild of Television Cameramen with a celebrity voiceover detailing the property, a dedicated website showcasing the home, a unique “For Sale” Board that will make the property stand out.

Properties will also receive extensive Social media coverage and marketing through major portals, email & newsletter marketing campaigns to potential and identified markets as well as a listing on the BritainsBestHome.com website, which is currently exceeding all expectations on visitor numbers.
