High Peak Borough Council approve 153 new homes on former university campus

More very needed housing is soon to be underway on land off of Trenchard Drive in Buxton with approval of 153 x 2 and 2.5 storey mews, semi-detached and detached homes from 2 beds to 4 beds in size.
Persimmon Homes plans were passed by High Peak Borough Council for the 5.24 hectare site that was the former home of the University of Derbyshire Harpur Hill Campus which has been closed since 2009.
