Indian Property Show at Olympia

what is happening to house prices

The Indian Property Show arrives in London this weekend at  Olympia, India continues to encourage growing foreign investment.

In a recent BBC documentary ‘The Real Marigold Hotel’ it followed a group of celebraties who made temporary home in Jaipur, in one of the episodes we watched them looking at buying or renting a property from the point of view of a UK resident.

Anuj Puri, Chairman and Country Head at JLL India. reportedly said “While the country’s residential market has not yet seen rapid growth, the market seems to have bottomed out with sales picking up in cities such as Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

“Developers’ initiatives like offering attractive schemes and deal terms, coupled with lowering of interest rates by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), have activated fence-sitters,”

The two-day event is taking place on the 23rd and 24th April 2016 at Olympia London.
