Interested in converting more valuations this year?

A common frustration within the industry is how to set yourself above the rest when attending valuations. Now, I’m not trying to teach anyone how to suck eggs, as I would expect you to know your own methods and techniques to win business, but another string to the bow won’t hurt…

… So how about using your own bespoke property report to send to the client, post-valuation? – A detailed report pitching the property, just as you would to a potential client: with information on the area, transport links etc. and a photograph of the property.

In my own experience, this proves to be more successful than using a typical template letter that the client will have received from most of your competition.

The bespoke report is most effective when printed onto high quality thick paper or card with a plastic spine. It should also be hand delivered to the property shortly after the valuation, and you would ideally sit down again with the client to explain the report in further detail.

So, my agent friends! – Give it a go, and I would welcome your feedback.

Happy New Year
