New Estate Agent ranking website

Following closely on the heels of rateragent.co.uk comes the latest Estate Agent ranking website www.Estateagent4me.co.uk  launched by USL Technology.

Established in 2003, ULS develops and operates web based comparison platforms for mortgage brokers, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, network associations and customers. These solutions can help consumers source legal, financial and property services whilst assisting intermediaries to improve compliance by treating customers fairly.

The Company’s strategy is to create more innovative software with the aim of becoming the platform of choice for sourcing comparison services in the legal, financial and property markets and to continue diversifying into new product areas. The company is quoted on the Alternative Investment Market and the share price is currently around 58p and gives a value to the company of approx £36.50m.

Managing Director of ULS Ben Thompson says “Selling your home is a major thing to do, and can be stressful, by selecting the right agent to suit individual needs and requirements, the seller can have an improved experience, and that’s because there are huge differences across estate agents in terms of performance and success rates.”
