How one estate agent uses leaderboards to inspire staff performance

Kevin Welch from Optime Reality loves leaderboards.

In his business he says leaderboards “create healthy competition because the agents don’t want to be at the bottom and they are all striving for the top of the list.”

He doesn’t stop at sales, he has created leaderboards for all the different teams in his company!

“I track different leaderboards for different departments in our company,” he explains, “we are tracking buyer ratified contracts board, seller ratified contracts board, an Inside Sales appointment total board, and then we created a greatness tracker board that combines a few different activities we feel contribute to success.”

There are real advantages for Kevin in going digital with his leaderboards. Each staff member gets an an online web portal for staff to sign into and see track their latest scores, much like they might do with FitBit for activity tracking. He gets to display the leaderboard on the TV from time to time and can easily add the latest release of the leaderboard to his weekly management powerpoint slides.

Just like Estate Agent Networking, Kevin uses www.rise.global to power his leaderboards. Find out more about creating weekly scorecards on Rise by going to https://www.rise.global/pages/scorecard and watching the 1 minute explainer video.
