Press Release: Rayner Personnel Franchise Expansion

With the continued growth of the Rayner Personnel group and the steady evolution of its franchising arm comes the news that Guy and Pascale Hodge are taking on the franchise for the South East of England.

Both are familiar faces in the property world. Guy has been in the residential property sector for over 35 years; as a director at GA Property Services (now Your Move) and then setting up his own firm, Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames in 1991 which he eventually sold in 2014. Pascale, having previously worked for many years in both in the legal profession and in recruitment, eventually joined Lords and became a director, primarily focussing on Human Resources.

“We have two fantastic skill sets that ideally suit us to this venture,” said Guy, “an in depth knowledge of the Estate Agency industry and a comprehensive background in recruitment and personnel.”

“Rayner Personnel were one of the best recruitment consultancies that we dealt with,” added Pascale. “They provided an exceptional bespoke service and sourced high calibre property professionals.”

The franchise area which covers Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the South of London will be based from centrally located offices in Epsom, close to the station and directly adjacent to public parking.

Rayner Personnel already lead the market within the franchise area, but Pascale and Guy believe that they can have a considerable impact in raising the profile of the brand throughout the South of England.

“Guy and Pascale will be hitting the ground running,” said Josh Rayner, CEO of the Rayner group “They will be taking on a portfolio with a comprehensive range of currently available job roles. What they now need are the perfect candidates to fill these roles.”
