Property prices rise by 1.1% in July compared to previous month according to UK HPI

UK House Price Index (HPI) – July 2017 published 12th September from HM Land Registry.
As of July 2017 the average house price in the UK is £226,185, and the index stands at 118.63. Property prices have risen by 1.1% compared to the previous month, and risen by 5.1% compared to the previous year.
