ResponsEye to serve Housing Associations live video streaming

#Proptech concept ResponsEye has successfully gained growth with contracts of UK housing associations Rochdale Boroughwide Housing and MHS homes that will see both using it’s live stream service between costumer service and tenant.

The beauty of the service is that primarily it allows an easy to use live streaming function for the tenant to use when explaining any issues with their property. Without the need of an app installed on their mobile phone, the caller can now connect live video streaming from their property during the call to show in detail any issues that are describing. This not only allows for better understanding of tenant needs and being able to diagnose more quickly the problem thus sending out correct maintenance workers, it will also allow for external issues such as noise complaints to be recorded and the likes of grounds maintenance / parking and more to be highlighted.
