Standing room only at #PropTechDen London:

One of the hardest things I found in business is to try and convince your industry peers, your target audience of clients and sometimes even your friends and family that your new innovative idea can change the world, turn in to a profitable business and not simply be a total waste of time! This is where my idea of TeqDen and now materialised vision came in to place, to create a live pitching event where start ups of all levels in the business of tech (on this occasion #PropTech) can confidently showcase their concepts to a panel of industry property professionals and VC / Angel investors along with a keen to learn more audience. #PropTechDen which started only a few months ago in April 2017 with our very first show is now bursting at seams as the concepts value in the industry grows…

The October 2017 event was promising to be the biggest of the year as this years #PropTechDen was coming to a close in London for 2017 (note Manchester #PropTechDen takes place 21st November 2017). On the evening five great start up companies were eager to get on stage and let the 100+ people in the audience and the panel of 10 judges know all about their start up business:

The growth of #PropTechDen is evident in that the current location of Google Campus in London and their main conference room we have outgrown so for 2018 we will be seeking another venue to hold us! On the evening we were very grateful to have our main sponsors Life Residential along with Knock for Sale and Touch Right Software there with their stands.

Attendees on the evening included companies such as CitiBank, Lloyds TSB, JLL International, Hamilton Fraser and many more PLC companies who all have divisions in their companies that are on the look out to make investments and of course proptech is a current hot topic.

If you would like to find out more about #PropTechDen for 2018 then please contact me directly via 07917 434943 or christopher@stagingsite.estateagentnetworking.co.uk

Please note that we are looking for a main sponsor, media partners and also a venue partner for London 2018. We now are live in Manchester and looking to speak to other persons / companies who would like to run a #PropTechDen in their local town/city.
