Why did former John D. Wood MD boss Ben Taylor join Keller Williams?

I sat down with Ben Taylor, MD of Keller Williams UK, and over a series of seven interview questions, asked him about the Keller Williams model in the UK, would it work in the UK, trying to attract non- estate agents (part-time Mums) to become Estate Agents and the hub/associate model of Estate Agency.
