49 affordable homes given go-ahead for Rock Ferry, Merseyside

Great news for the community of Rock Ferry that lies in the Metropolitan borough of Wirral with 49 affordable homes gaining the green light. The £6 million rent scheme will be providing 15 x two and three bedroom houses along with 34 x one and two bedroom flats to be located on land adjacent to Cammell Laird 1907 Football Club.

The development is to be named Livingstone Park, to be built by Wirral based MBE Construction and each of the property will be available to rent via Wirral Council’s based lettings register Property Pool Plus (PPP).
