The Personal Property Shop, estate agents in Bishop’s Stortford, are hosting a unique opportunity for local homeowners on Thursday 10th March 2016. After the success of their 2015 event, the vibrant team at The Personal Property Shop are planning on making this year’s advice evening bigger and better! With a fantastic line up of guest speakers, fundraising for St Clare Hospice and food and drink, they’re hoping to attract 100+ attendees from Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding areas.

The event is ideal for local homeowners who are planning on moving in 2016 or those that are on the market currently and perhaps struggling to sell their property. Arrival is from 6:30pm when food and drink will be served and the guest speakers will begin at 7pm. Tickets are free of charge for local home owners and they can register via The Personal Property Shop’s website – www.personalpropertyshop.co.uk/upcoming-events.

The line up of property experts speaking at the event includes:

  • Amanda Green – Property by Design – Amanda is an interior designer and professional ‘home stager’. She helps home owners to present their properties in the best possible way to achieve the best price, in the shortest time frame. Professionally trained, she knows exactly what makes a property sell and has helped The Personal Property Shop to sell even the trickiest property by enhancing it’s presentation. She’ll be sharing advice on the best way to present your home when you sell it.

  • Christopher Stewart – Rightmove – account manager Chris will be teaching home owners what to look for in their current Rightmove listings and how estate agents can create ‘the ultimate listing’. He’ll also be sharing advice on ‘self-valuing’ and using the Rightmove tools to get an idea of what their property is worth before they plan on selling.

  • David Horder – Lensflair Photography – David is The Personal Property Shop’s professional property photographer and he’ll be sharing the importance of professional photographs in 2016.
