Gleeson Regeneration have plans approved for 198 new homes

198 new homes are planned for Forest Town in Mansfield following recommended approval to build 56 two bedroom, 125 three bedroom and 17 four bedroom property on a 6.5 hectare site that is currently in agricultural use.
Jackson Design Associates on behalf of Gleeson was quoted as saying: “The application site is an urban site with a current residential planning consent. The site is in a sustainable location, well served by public transport, and within close proximity of a number of shops and services.“
