Privera uses Silex to provide its employees with a shared platform for source-based research

Silex, the Swiss AI platform for legal research and productivity, today announced that Privera has selected and deployed Silex to support legal research and knowledge workflows across its nationwide real estate operations.

Founded in 1992, Privera is Switzerland’s leading independent real estate service provider. Through its network of regional branches, the company provides services across the entire real estate life cycle, including property management, condominium and co-ownership management, centre and site management, letting, real estate marketing and construction management.

Privera uses Silex to provide its employees with a shared platform for source-based research, legal analysis and knowledge work. Users work with structured and verifiable legal sources, while professional assessment and responsibility remain clearly with Privera’s responsible specialists.

Its nationwide presence was an important factor in the decision. With teams in German-speaking, French-speaking and Italian-speaking Switzerland, the company needed a platform designed for the Swiss legal landscape, enabling multilingual research and access to reliable federal and cantonal legal sources.

Daniel MarquartHead of Property Management for German-speaking Switzerland and Corporate Development at Privera, said: ‘Silex supports our employees, particularly with initial legal assessments in their daily work. The platform makes relevant legislation, court decisions and other Swiss legal sources quickly accessible and traceable. This gives us greater speed, quality and confidence, especially when dealing with questions involving different cantonal or linguistic-regional contexts.’

Kyriaki Bongard, Co-Founder and CEO of Silex, added, ‘Privera operates in a field where legal questions are highly practical, often time-sensitive and shaped by both federal and cantonal frameworks. This is exactly the type of environment where legal AI needs to be grounded in reliable sources, adapted to the Swiss legal system and designed to support, not replace, professional judgement. We are pleased to support Privera as it strengthens access to legal knowledge across its nationwide operations.’

Silex is built specifically for professional legal research. Unlike generic AI tools, the platform combines structured legal data, purpose-built AI infrastructure and source-grounded workflows designed for legal reasoning, traceability and professional confidentiality. The deployment reflects a broader trend among Swiss organisations seeking specialised AI infrastructure for legal and regulatory work. For companies operating across multiple regions and legal contexts, reliable access to legal sources, multilingual research and traceable reasoning are becoming increasingly important to support consistent, high-quality internal work.
