Finish the year strong, start the New Year STRONGER!

Who will you miss at Christmas

Are you doing what it takes to finish this year strong and start the New Year even stronger?

As we all know, inbound business activity seems to slow down during the festive season. This can tempt some of us to take our foot of the pedal  and relax a bit.

This is a big mistake and will cause panic when the New Year kicks in!

As well as getting as many exchanges as you can through to finish this year with as much profit as possible, you need to be making a concerted effort to build your first Qtr of 2016.

This means continuing to fill your sales pipeline but, more importantly, listing as many new properties as you can.

EAanalytics Market Appraisal Guide

Yes, there will be plenty of vendors who want to hold off until the New Year but it is your job to advise them of the benefits of listing now, with you, before the New Year. Grab these vendors before your competition does!

I would suggest that over the next few weeks you give every single person on your database a call and give them an update on these 3 things:

  • A review of the market in 2015
  • The current state of the market
  • What you believe the market will do in the next 3-6 months

Do this and you will uncover plenty of opportunities to visit potential vendors for 2016. But remember, you want to list them in 2015 to sell in 2016. This will give you a fantastic start to the New Year, instead of desperately looking for stock to sell.

Good luck and remember to let me know how you get on!
