London Property Licensing awarded Best Service Provider by the UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership.

“London Property Licensing is delighted to announce that our innovative service has been awarded best service provider for the private rented sector by the UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership.

The winners were announced at the UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership Biennial Conference and Awards event that took place at the Grand Connaught Rooms in central London on Friday 18 March 2016.

This prestigious event is held to celebrate the success of the landlord accreditation scheme and to acknowledge and reward excellence amongst its members and the wider industry.

There was stiff competition for the accolade of best service provider with shortlisted firms including: London Property Licensing, Capital Living, Caridon Property Services, High Court Solutions, Central Housing Group, Paul Simon Estate Agents, Twinkle Adiacha – Managing Agent, Seraphim Housing and Building Services and Shirley Grogan White of Mustard and Co. They should all be congratulated for showcasing excellence in service delivery.

Richard Tacagni, Managing Director, London Property Licensing commented:

It is a huge privilege to receive the award of Best Service Provider for a business that has yet to celebrate its first birthday. I would like to express a huge thanks to everyone who has provided me with invaluable advice, guidance and encouragement along the way.

As a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with over 20 years housing experience, I have always sought to drive up standards in the private rented sector and ensure tenants have access to a safe, warm and decent place to live. But I also realised how difficult it had become for most landlords and letting agents to keep abreast of all the complex regulatory requirements.

So I decided to refocus my energies and try to find a solution. The London Property Licensing website is a free online information resource that helps landlords and letting agents to understand the law. All the information is presented in a clear, simple and easy to navigate format that helps to make regulatory compliance less of a burden”.

London Property Licensing also provides expert consultancy support for landlords, letting agents and organisations seeking bespoke advice and assistance on housing regulation. The business is currently supporting clients large and small across the country.”
