Latest LSL Property Services/Acadata England & Wales House Price Index – June 2018 released July 2018 headlines ‘Average house price in England & Wales in June stood at £303,960’.

The report reveals that average prices in England and Wales were slightly down in June, falling by 0.2% from May, although this is a smaller decline than March or April. Prices are up 2.1% on an annual basis, rising from 1.8% in May.

Prices in London are bucking the national trend on both a monthly basis, where they were up 0.2% in June, and annually, where growth rose to 2.8% according to the report from LSL.
