New UK Property Portal Easy Home Finder.

Easy Home Finder is planning to be the next biggest UK property portal that makes searching for a property easy. Check out our YouTube video.

Easy Home Finder has been designed to allow estate agents and private landlords a platform to showcase their properties, meaning the target audience is a much wider scale. What’s more Easy Home Finder will not charge you like other property portals to list your properties, it will be completely free.

This then allows smaller independent estate agent working from a smaller budget to advertise in their own right against the bigger branded estate agents. We feel by making the portal free and open to anyone looking to sell or rent a property means that the potential buyer or tenant has a much wider choice than they currently have.

In terms of how the website works, Easy Home Finder has been designed to be easy to use for both the agent and the front end user.  For example Easy home Finder allows up to 20 photos per listing and you can link property videos into the listing by adding a YouTube or Vimeo video link. There are a number of options that can be ticked saving listing times. What’s more there is a space for the agent to clearly list their fees so they are fully upfront and the front end user will clearly see how much.

The front end search is very powerful and people can search for properties by county, town, postcode or street name. All properties in that area will clearly be seen in a visual map on the right hand side. When a property is clicked the user will see all information listed by the listing owner as well as having access to a contact number and email contact box. Agents can collect reviews from clients that will be shown on their profile page. Visitors can create accounts to leave reviews for agents and they can simply create a property alert, so once a property is listed matching their criteria, the user will be notified by email.

Easy Home Finder will be launching fully on 20th July, we are now ready to accept registrations from parties who would like to list their properties on our portal. No properties will be fully live until the 20th July 2015.
