Rightmove is hosting a series of webinars throughout July focussed on legislation and compliance, to help agents understand the latest changes and how they may affect their business.

Staying compliant continues to rank high on the list of concerns from agents and remains one of the most popular topics covered in Rightmove webinars.

A number of experts will appear in the webinars during July including Rightmove’s Legal and Compliance Director David Cox, tax specialist Mark Stemp, Malcolm Driscoll and Caroline Walters from FCS Compliance, leading property lawyer David Smith and property expert and experienced trainer Aidan Reed.

On Tuesday 4th July from 10am to 11am, renowned property expert and trainer Aidan Reed will begin legislation month by discussing how to build a lucrative income stream through Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s). Aidan will talk to agents about how the market has changed, how to become an expert in the area, and developing good processes for property management.
