SEVEN BRANCH ESTATE AGENCY FIRM JOINS ONTHEMARKET.COM

Seven branch firm Jeffries Estate and Letting Agents in South East Hampshire has joined OnTheMarket.com.

Jeffries has been established since 1996, is a leading local estate agency and is due to imminently expand with extra branches.

It will now be advertising all of its properties for sale and to rent at OnTheMarket.com.

OnTheMarket.com announced in January that the level of overall support for the portal had risen beyond 6,500 estate and letting agent offices across the UK, which was an increase of more than 50 per cent compared with the same time last year.

The figure consists of contracted offices and agents who have signed a Letter of Intent to join OnTheMarket.com when total support reaches 7,500 offices – which is OnTheMarket.com’s next major milestone.

Stuart Whiting, Managing Director at Jeffries, said: “OnTheMarket.com has come a long way in its first year and we’re proud to be part it.

“We think the ad-free website is extremely user-friendly for buyers and tenants, which is key.”

Ian Springett, Chief Executive of OnTheMarket.com, said: “It’s great to have Jeffries on board, adding to what has already been a brilliant start to 2016.”
