Spanish House Prices – Biggest increase in prices since 2007.
We have certainly heard about the property values over in Spain, having lived there myself in 2007 I certainly saw the tail end of the highest valuations of property and since we have moved away I see some house, still on the market, at nearly 50% less then they were in 2007.
So, good news on the horizon for Spanish home owners at last as figures are now pointing up rather than down. National Statistics Institute showed us that Spanish house prices rose by 4.5% in the third quarter of the year which will bring hope to many trying to sell and should also tempt in those looking to purchase, especially from the UK where the value of the Euro is still low compared to recent years.
