The UK (HPI) May 2016 published yesterday 19th July.
The UK House Price Index (HPI) uses house sales data from Land Registry, Registers of Scotland, and Land and Property Services Northern Ireland and is calculated by the Office of National Statistics
As of May 2016 the average house price in the UK is £211,230, and the index stands at 110.79. Property prices have risen by 1.1% compared to the previous month, and risen by 8.2% compared to the previous year.
