The ValPal Network to launch new “cost-positive” products to members

The ValPal Network (TVPN) has announced a new range of products alongside its already renowned instant online sales and lettings valuation tool, with an aim to make membership into The ValPal Network cost-positive.

Used by over 4,000 agency branches nationwide, the ValPal tool converts an estate agent’s website traffic into vendor and landlord leads, of which around 13% also book in a market appraisal using ValPal’s booking calendar.

TVPN already offers a range of benefits to members, including a live chat facility, discounts and offers on partnered services, the out of area lead sharing programme, and training webinars, as well as a host of marketing services.

The new products come as part of major growth and development within TVPN, with a brand new website and branding on the way to accompany the launch.
One of the new products, MovePal will offer members of TVPN a way of automating a potential vendor’s nurture journey, while maximising the revenue earned out of each lead through partnering with moving services e.g. mortgages, conveyancing, surveys, removals and utilities.

On the consumer side, MovePal offers “The One Stop Home Movers’ Hub”, where a consumer can get an updated value for their property, use a cost of moving calculator, instruct the agent, and of course, have access to a whole host of exclusive offers from moving services.

Another new product, PortalPal will also get the most out of every opportunity by automatically qualifying buyer and tenant leads, saving time for the agent and allowing them to prioritise hot leads.

Like MovePal, PortalPal also maximises potential revenue, asking buyers if they are also selling a property or if they are interested in hearing about mortgage rates, while prompting tenants to provide landlord details or show an interest in special offers from utilities services.

Craig Vile, Director of The ValPal Network, adds: “Our members know that we are more than just a valuation tool, but this growth and rebrand has been a long awaited process to let the rest of the estate agency world know what we’re about.”

“We aim to give our agents the tools they need to operate a complete sales and marketing funnel, no matter what their budget is, while making membership to The ValPal Network cost-positive. With new services like MovePal and PortalPal, our goal is to earn agents the maximum possible revenue from every lead, so that no opportunity is ever wasted.”
