Part own a london property through crowdfunding

Most of us are locked out of being an owner of a property in one of the worlds most active property markets London, that is because the London housing market is so expensive due to demand that only the rich and supa rich can invest in it, well that is no longer the case, as it is now possible to be part owner of such a property through crowd funding.

A new initiative from Property crowd will allow investors to hold a stake in a prime London property for a minimum investment of £5000,  according to new research from Hometrack, those in the capital have seen 22 times more growth than householders in Glasgow and 12 times more than those in Birmingham and Manchester.

It clearly makes good sense to invest in prime central London property, but these appealing assets come with huge price tags. At a time when lending criteria has never been more stringent, such opportunities tend to be ruled out for the majority, leaving cash-rich foreign investors and only the most affluent of Britons to clean up.

Property Crowd, which was the first UK  to operate under FCA regulations, is about to change all that. Its ground-breaking new £1m offer for luxury new-build flats from one of the UK’s leading residential developers, St James, will allow investors to own a slice of the world’s most sought-after property market for as little as £5,000.
