Upward trend in Construction Activity for Leeds.

Positive news in the commercial construction sector with the Leeds Crane Survey for 2015 showing that the region has achieved a 9 year high for new schemes started with 16 new schemes having started during 2015. Full report can be read here.

 

Once again, with assumptions that residential property values will increase as demand soars and the positive employment outlook, ‘renewed confidence‘ is the term used by Angela Barnicle, head of Real Estate for Deloitte in Yorkshire.
