Durham Group Estates purchase office complex in Wakefield

Plenty of buying for long term investment going on across the country despite current downward trends in property values in some parts and the fear of what will be happening with Brexit over our heads. The latest purchase by Durham Group Estates sees them acquiring a two storey commercial complex in Wakefield with a floor space of 8,337 sq ft. Carter Towler successfully negotiated the purchase.

Durham Group Estates Chief Executive, Gurpreet Jagpal was quoted as saying: “ We are delighted to add this property to our growing portfolio and would like to thank Matt and his team at Carter Towler along with our legal advisors DWF who enabled us to complete this purchase within 4 weeks. Having worked with Carter Towler over a number of years, we are particularly pleased to purchase this property given its location and easy access to the M62.”
